    <p>Every state continues its existence with the achievements it has achieved in its political history States record and note these achievements in history thanks to their own language. As the language used by the states increases national unity and solidarity, of course, their success will increase. In order to increase these successes, states have made an effort to teach their language both to their own individuals and to foreign individuals who want to live in their country. The deep historical achievements of the Turkish nation and the richness of Turkish feed the proverbs and idioms used. The proverbs and idioms in the language make the described event, the situation more effective, and activate the daily conversation. The richness of the language always feeds and enriches the culture. While teaching Turkish to foreigners aims to introduce, transfer and teach our culture with four basic skill areas, it should also make foreign individuals adopt our proverbs and idioms. Because proverbs and idioms make sentences easier and clearer to understand: Numan’ın Azmi, Korkularını Yenen İnsanlar, Ferhat İle Şirin, Gökbiliminin Doğuşu, Evren Ve Edebiyat, Gökyüzünün Kandilleri, Mevlana Celaleddini Rumi, Göbekli Tepe Listede, Akdamar Kilisesi, Dilden Gönüle, Lezzet Kültürü, Beslenme Üzerine, Türklerde Sofra Adabı, İnandı Ve Başardı, Şans Mı Başarı Mı ?, Karanlıktan Aydınlığa, Doğum-Evlilik-Ölüm, Çocuk Oyunlarımız, Özgürlüğü Çalınan Çocuklar.</p><p>At the end of the research, it was stated that the number of proverbs for the intermediate level textbook was low and insufficient.&nbsp; It has been seen that idioms are used unplanned in reading texts in which they repeat themselves. Nevertheless, the contribution of proverbs and idioms for the transfer of culture cannot be ignored, and suggestions for the textbook have been presented by being newly written.</p>
